and Marianne talking to each other in the garden. "Edward, I opened the book portal and Lex told me that he needs to talk to you. I think it's really important," Joanna informed Edward as she approached the two.

           What could Lex want to talk to me about? Edward thought and decided to go to Joanna's room. "You just stay here Marianne, I'll just talk to Lex my friend from our kingdom," Edward told Marianne looking at him.

           "No, I'm going with you. I want to know what's going on too," she answered, stood up and immediately walked with Edward going to Joanna's room inside the house.

           The three then walked and when they reached the room, Edward immediately turned himself into a dwarf and looked through the book portal. He saw Bella and Lex waiting for him on the other side.
