Marianne heard Ed scream from behind her. She turned around but she didn't see him. She looked again but she didn't see him anywhere. "Ed where are you?"

                         "Dad let me go; I don't want to leave Marianne!"

                         "Okay son, just go with me and I promise when you're twenty-one I'll let you come back to see Marianne!"

                          "Marianne, wait for me here, on my twenty-first birthday I'll come back to see you I promise!"

                          That was the last thing that Marianne heard from Ed and after she had told Margaret everything that had happened, her dad took her to the province the following day.

                          Marianne, in her beautiful white wedding gown, fell asleep on the bed she was laying.
